Stacy was an incredible help to our benefits, compensation, and payroll staff. Initially at the start of our company, Stacy helped with the conversion of three separate company payrolls into one corporate payroll system. She also was our primary consultant in taking the comp and benefit programs of three stand-alone companies and merging them into comprehensive company-wide programs. Of great importance in these projects were the record keeping and administration of the stock option programs of the former company entities.
